  2. 2 tspred chilli powder
  3. to tasteSalt

    Wash and soak dal for 6 hrs.

    Clean and remove excess water.

  3. 3

    Spread on news paper for and hours or you can tap dry by kitchen towel.

    Heat oil, add chana dal batch wise and fry well on low flame.

  5. 5

    Remove once golden brown. Fry all dal likewise.

  6. 6

    In a big plate take all dal, in that add red chilli powder, salt and mix well.

  7. 7

    Namkeen Dal is ready to serve.
