Steps

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. add 2 tsp finely chopped garlic... ginger. saute on a medium flame for half a minute.

Then add 3 tbsp finely chopped onion. saute for a minute.
now add 1/2 tsp pepper powder.stir the mixture. - 3
Now add sliced or chopped white button mushrooms.
first the mushrooms would release a lot of water.
then add 1 tbs soy sauce. & 1/2 tsp vinegar. - 4
Next add 1tsp red chilli powder.u can add little water.then add salt & mix well..nw ready 2 serve
