Marinate the chicken with lemon, salt, 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste,1 tsp of biryani pow n few leaves of pudina.

In a pan shallow fry the potatoes with little salt.In the same pan fry the chicken pieces on the both side fr couple of min.Remove

In a deep dish add mustard oil temper it with bayleaf n green cardamom.

Add onion n fry till golden brown in col add little salt n Kari patta.

Add ginger garlic paste n dry spices cook fr 3-4 min,add the beaten curd n cook on medium flame till the curd get mixed fully with out any granules.

Add chicken pieces along with the potatoes n mint leaves.add 1 cup of water n cook on low flame fr 10 min.

Add rice,pour water 4 cup lukewarm,adjust the salt n wait for boil to come now squeeze 1 lemon.And cook on low flame fr 15 min,open the lid and sprinkle the saffron milk n 4 tbsp of ghee.Cover n cook fr 4 min.Open the lid once again n sprinkle the coriander leaves.Serve with Raita.
