Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcorn kernels, boiled
  2. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  3. 1/4 cuproughly chopped onions
  4. 1/4 cuproughly chopped capsicum
  5. 1 cupthick white sauce
  6. 1/2 cupcream cheese
  7. 3 tsp schezwan sauce/chutney
  8. 1 table spoonoregano
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 3hot dog rolls/ bread
  11. Butter

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the white sauce, cream cheese, schezwan sauce, salt & oregano.

    Then add all the veggies to the prepared sauce

  3. 3

    Slice the hot dog roll into 2 halves. Scoop out some of the bread from the centre of the roll

  4. 4

    Apply butter on the inside of the roll & toast the inside of the roll lightly

  5. 5

    Speared the prepared stuffing generously on the roll, cover it with the top half of the roll. Lightly toast the prepared sandwich
