Steps

Keep a cooker add Moong Dal and dry roast for few minutes add water and close the lid,after 2 to 3 whistles switch off the stove

Transfer the Moong Dal to a mixie jar and grind it.keep a pan add ghee,add wheat flour and mix well.

Now pour the boiled and grinded Moong Dal to the pan and keep stirring in low flame,add cardamom powder
- 4
Once Dal gets thickening add sugar,and mix well.(here I have added both brown sugar and normal sugar)

Once sugar melt, add roasted cashue and raisins to the Dal,mix well and when the ghee separates switch off and transfer to a bowl,and serve.
