Ingredients

4 people
  • Halfcucumber chopped in to cubes
  • 1/2red onion sliced thin
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tbspfresh coriander
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tspmint sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • Mix well put in fridge 1hr then serve 👌

    Slice onions and chop cucumber and tomatos into small cubes then add the rest of ingrediants mix well then enjoy 👌

Thanks , and yes but the turkish takeaways here in the uk use a picked purple cabbge on there kebabs and asians use white cabbage .
