Steps

Wash the okra (bhindi)and wipe it with clean cloth till it get dry properly, remove it's stalk and give the straight cut to every okra (bhindi).

Take crushed ground nut, grated coconut, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder and mix it properly, add 1_2 table spoon of water to spice mixer so that it will well stuffed in okra, and stuff the mixer in every okra where we give straight cut.

Once we done with stuffing then put a pan on gas on medium flame add some oil to it and then out some cumin and mustard seeds in it once it popped well put all stuffed okra on pan and low the flame. Roast all the okras from all side by turning mean while.. close the pan with lid for 2_3 min so that it will cook properly...the open the lid and roast again till it will change the colour....and it's done for serve.
