Ingredients

  • Pan cake
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupjaggery water
  • 1 teaspoonhoney
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • For icing
  • 3 tablespoonshomemade malai
  • 3 tablespoonspowder sugar
  • 2 teaspoonchoco powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take atta add jaggery water salt honey milk and mix it well.., In hot pan make small size pan cake and cook till golden brown..

    For icing.. in a bowl mix malai choco and sugar powder..

    In between two pan cake apply icing ready to serve
