Soak urad dal for 2 hours, then make smooth of urad dal.

Boil those slices and drain water properly.

Now mix urad dal paste, boiled pumpkin slices, semolina, flour and crush cardamom. Beat for 10 min.

Now take a kadai, heat some oil and fry in ball shapes in medium flame.

Now in another pan take 250 ml water. Add 150 ml sugar and boil till the amount reduces to 200 ml.

Now pour the fried the balls in the syrup and let them soak for 10 mins.
