Steps

Firstly peel the skin and grate the raw mangoes, you can also cut them into small and thin chunks

Measure the mango after grating or chopping and add equal quantity of sugar and mix well.. Keep it aside till the sugar melts.. Mix it in the kadai so that u can cook it directly in the same vessel..

Keep it on the flame and cook on medium flame.. Keep it stirring

Cook it the mango becomes transparent and the mixture becomes sticky like honey or one string consistency..

Put off the flame and add the cardamom powder and mix.. Cool completely and store it in a clean and dry air tight jar..
