Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrfull fat milk
  2. 1 cupdust sugar
  3. 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  4. 1 tablespooncondensed milk
  5. 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 1 teaspooncrushed almonds

Cooking Instructions

    At first to make the Chena take a pan and boil the milk. Once get boiled then add the lemon juice and make the Chena. Immediately wash the Chena in cold water and squeeze it in a clean cotton peice of cloth

    Take a pan add the Chena and sugar stir it well soon it will loose moisture keep stiring then add the condensed milk and the cardmom powder.

    Keep stiring untill it becomes thik and compact. After it cools down cut into square peice and garnish with broken almonds
