Cut the chicken into pieces, put into a saucepan add enough water, ginger/garlic paste-this acts as a tenderiser and bring to a boil. This may take up to 1hr depending on how tough the chicken is

When soft enough, drain the broth, you can decide to use it later. Add oil just enough or according to your liking and onion. Fry until it turns golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes, green pepper and continue frying

After the tomatoes have cooked properly, add salt, royco, and garam masala then add 2cups of water and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Before removing from fire, add coriander and put off the fire

Serve with hot ugali and greens... Enjoy
