First take moong daal and rice and wash them thoroughly. Then soak them for 1 hour. Once daal and rice are soaked grind them in mixture and make a granular paste, it shouldn't be fine.

Take sugar in a pan and heat it, then add water and heat it till sugar gets disolved in water. Now add the paste of daal and rice and heat it. Stir continuously till the water is soaked and add cardemom seeds and ghee. Mix them and cook the mixture till it start seperating the pan.

Now brush ghee on a plate and take out the mixture from the pan in the plate. Beat it to make the surface plane and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes, then cut it in the desired shape.

Now heat oil in pan and fry the pieces till they become light brown in colour. Serve them in snack to your loved ones.
