First take all (vegetables) potatoes, carrot, cabbage beans, cauliflower, and chop in small piece and take a container add to container and take a Dry green peas and wash it nicely, soak it over night. And finally add water to pressure cooker boil it for 3 whistle.

Take a pan add ghee heat it add Cumin seeds green chilli, ginger garlic paste, onion,dry coconut, fried Bengal gram, tomato fry nicely and after cool down make a paste & grand it in fine paste.

Take a same pan add ghee and heat it & add mustard seeds Cumin seeds hing curry leaves fry it well add granded paste fry it & add turmeric powder,garam masala,salt,Cumin coriander powder, sugar, red chilli powder fry it and cook, after that boiled vegetables and water mix it well and cook nicely and serve it hot with idli or does.
