Boil water put in oil,salt and tumeric

Great carrots,dice onions and slice the tomatoes

Boil eggs,peel the shell off

Put oil in a pan add onions till golden brown,add tomatoes and grated carrot,

Add the eggs and water, cover and let it simmer
