A quick fix recipe with leftover idli. No fuss quiet simple and tastes delicious.

Crumble the leftover idli. Keep all ingredients ready.

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dal and chanadhal fry till golden brown.

Next add dry red chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute till translucent.

Add turmeric powder and salt. Toss the crumbled idli and mix well.
- 5
You can replace red chilli with green chillies and also add ground nuts if you like. I prefer to keep it simple.
