In a bowl add hung curd, mustard oil, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, besan,coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, amchur, kasoori methi and mix well.

Cut the potatoes in half and add to the marinade along with other vegetables.

Heat up a piece of charcoal and place it in the bowl and pour a tsp of oil/ghee on it to let the smoke come out. Cover it and smoke for 15mins

Make skewers by adding capsicum, tomato, potatoes & onions alternately.

Preheat your oven to 200 degree and cook them for 25 minutes at 200 degrees or until it's charred well. Brush olive oil in between.

Serve them with lemon wedges and salad.
