In a bowl add besan, rava, curd,hari mirchi 2 chopped,salt, sugar 1tsp, haldi,ginger paste, oil 1tsp mix well, add water mix and add eno add water to get bubbles and mix well for 5mint

Take a glass bowl, add the batter, and microwave for 3.5 minutes.

For tempering, heat oil add rai, curry leaves, hari mirchi slitted, sugar salt and water.pour into dhokla, serve with chutney.
