  • 3-4Idli
  • 3 spoonmaida/All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 spoonrice flour
  • 1 1/2 spooncorn flour
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • Pinchherbs
  • 1/2 spoonchopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 spoonmelted butter
  • As neededOil for frying

    Cut idli into long pcs. Same as given pic

    Mix maida, rice flour, corn flour, chilli flacks, salt, herbs, melted butter, and chopped coriander leaves. Add water make batter.

    Heat the oil nicely. Dip idli pc in batter and fry for 1-2 minute.

    Serve with tomato sauce. Enjoy your evening snack.
