Finely grind the roasted semolina and oats and take them in a bowl

Add salt to taste, curd and water and mix well leaving no lumps and let rest for 20 minutes

Add water if the batter has become thick, the batter should not be too thick, neither slurry

Add the veggies to the batter

Heat a pan and add make the pancakes, add 1 to 2 tbsp oil, keep flipping and cook both sides well🧘

The batter will take some time to cook, around 4/5 minutes

Serve with ketchup or any chutney you prefer 🤷
