  1. 2Papad
  2. 3-4chopped onions
  3. 2chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 cupfresh yoghurt
  5. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1 tbspkasturi methi
  9. 1green chilli
  10. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all the ingredients. Take a mixer jar add chopped onions, green chilli and tomatoes make a puree.

    Heat the oil in kadhai. Add puree and saute it till oil oozes out.now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.Mix well. Now add curd and again mix well

    Roast the papad and crush them. Add them into the sabzi. Mix well.

    Ready. Enjoy with roti or chawal.
