Steps

Wash okra thoroughly and dry (will not cook properly if wet)

Brown onions and add cumin or mustard seeds

Add the dry spices on a low heat, with some water so it doesnt burn.

Add the chilli, tomato puree and lemon juice.
- 5
Add the okra and cook for 10 mins on low-sodium heat, stirring regularly with the lid on. Make sure to keep stirring, dont let it burn and dont overcook it
