Remove the green part of water melon rind

Cut in triangles

Boil in water for 10-15 min

Take half cup sugar and 1 cup water in a pan and dissolve it on medium flame..add pinch of green colour

Now put watermelon rinds...cook them on low flame for 7-10 min...

Remove from the sugar syrup..let it cool and dry a little on seive or muslin cloth

Take milk and milk powder in pan....cook a littke..and then add gulkand and dry fruits...mix properly

Let it cool...take 1 watermelon rind piece and put 1 teaspoon of stuffing...fold it like paan

Meetha paan sweet is ready....

Keep it in fridge and serve it coool this summer...
