Ingredients

  • 1/2 cMixed flour
  • 3 cWater
  • 1 cmilk
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water in a sufuria and warm it

  2. 2

    When warm, add flour bit by bit stirring

  3. 3

    Stir constantly till thickened. Add milk to desired consistency

  4. 4

    Add sugar to taste. Stir to mix well and allow to simmer for 10mins. Serve hot
