Take yeast, sugar and water. Mix well, cover and rest it for 10 mins.

Take a bowl, add flour, salt and yeast mixture. Add water and knead a soft dough. Apply butter and knead it again. Cover and keep it in a warm place for 1 hr. It will rise. I had kept it in the microwave.

Meanwhile in a pan heat butter, add garlic ginger and green chillies. Cook well. Remove it in a bowl. Add the chopped coriander leaves and pudina. Add salt, garam masala and red chilli powder.

After an hr, remove it from the microwave and add the masala. Knead it again, add some plain flour. Now take a baking tray, and make balls and place them in and keep it again in the microwave for 1/2 hr. Then bake it@180°c for 30-35 mins. Remove from oven and brush it with butter.

Can enjoy with your tea. Cut in slices, apply butter and have it.
