Ingredients

as required
  • 3 kgraw Mango
  • 200grm coriander whole
  • 150grm zeera
  • 120grm red chilli powder
  • 60grm kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 100grm kalwanji
  • 300grm fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 50grm Methi dana
  • 150grm Rai
  • 50grm haldi powder
  • 15grm Hing powder
  • 200grm rock salt (black salt)
  • 50 mlvinegar
  • 1 kgmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1/2 kg oil add all ingredients except salt and vinegar.

  2. 2

    Stir fry keeping mixture just wet for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Keri / raw Mango cook for 5 to 7 minutes till mango become soft.

  4. 4

    Add vinegar and remove from flame add 1/2 kg oil and set aside.

    Allow to cool and store in jar or bottle.

    Ready to eat.
