Sandwich for vrat

Boil,peel and mash the potaoes.

Peel the bottle gourd and grate them. And squeeze it in a cotton cloth to remove extra water.

Add singadha flour and all other ingredients in a vessel and mix it well. Add water and prepare a thin paste.

Heat ghee in a pan. Now put this paste in it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes while stirring continuously on low flame so that no lumps is formed in it.

When the mixture thickens, remove it from the gas. Grease a plate with ghee and add the cooked mixture to it and keep it for 30 minutes to set.

Now cut it into a sandwich shape. You can cut any size according to your choice.

Now apply oil on a pan and cook it till it turns golden brown from both the sides. Hot hot crispy fast sandwich is ready. Serve it with green chutney.
