First collect all ingredients. Take cloves, black pepper, turmeric powder, tulsi leaves, ginger, cinnamon, carrom seeds, lemon, honey and salt in a plate.

Then take water in pan and boil it. Now add cloves, black pepper, tulsi leaves, ginger, cinnamon in water and let them boil for a minute. Then add turmeric powder, carrom seeds, honey, Salt.

Now cover the pan and let it oil till water remains half. Let it cool for 5 minutes then add lemon luice and serve. Should be serve warm.
