  1. 500 gmmawa(leftover ghee)
  2. 500 mlfull cream milk
  3. 200 gmsugar
  4. 50 gmchopped dry fruits
  5. 1/2 teaspooncardimam powder
  6. 1/2 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a thick pan add milk into it on high flame on the gas, stire it continue till the milk turn thick and become half

    Now in this stage,ll add our leftover mawa in it and stir it continuously till the mixture become very thick

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and cardimam powder and cook it for 15,to 20 mints or till the mixture bcom vry thick or oil separated out of the pan

    Our milk cake is rdy now off the flame,take a mould griss with ghee pour the mixture into mould and keep aside for at least 2hr

  5. 5

    Now sprinkle chopped dry fruits into milk cake stand served as you like.
