Steps

Take a bowl and add hung curd and fresh cream to it.

Now add the grated carrot, chopped cucumber, coriander leaves, paneer, onions and cabbage.

Add salt, Black pepper and red chilli powder to it.

Mix it and fold it all well.

Now take a slices of bread and put a spoon full of the malai mixture over it. Place it nicely.

Now cover it with another bread.

You can grill it in an oven or grilling pan.

For grilling in a pan heat a pan and grease, it with butter and put the sandwich onto it.

Grill it from both the sides.

Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
