4 cupsmilk
2 cupsugar
1/2dessicated coconut
Oil for grassing hand and some for frying
1/2 cupwater

Ingredients needed for making gullisuwa

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix, gradually add water and mould, grease your hands with a small amount of oil and make a mini rough balls.

Deep fry in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve
