Ingredients

2people
  • 1 cupRoasted gram flour / sattu
  • 2 spoonMaida (All-purpose flour)
  • 2 cupWheat flour
  • To tasteSalt
  • 5 tablespoondahi/curd
  • 1/2 teaspoonBaking soda
  • As neededrefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl add all flour

    Than add dahi baking soda salt and mix it very well then add little bit of water in it and make a smooth dough

    Then cover that with a muslin cloth and cover it for at least half an hour

  4. 4

    Then roll like a chapati apply water on the upper side apply black till you can also add coriander leaves and put it in our put ghee or refined oil cook both the site until it's became light brown ready to eat
