  1. 4 cupsBeans
  2. Water
  3. Bell pepper and habanero
  4. Onion
  5. Dry fish
  6. Crayfish
  7. Palm oil
  8. Salt
  9. Locust beans (optional)
  10. Pomo (cow skin) (optional)
  11. Egg boil one

    Place pot on the heat and put some water in it. Then add slice onions to the water, allow the water to boil. Rinse your picked beans and pour it in the pot. Allow the beans to get tender till the water dry off.

    Use your Turner or spatula to mash the beans very well in the pot till the beans get thicker. That is your ewa agoyin is ready.

    Now it's time to make the stew.. Grate your pepper, slice onions. Then place your pot on medium heat, add palm oil and allow the oil to heat very well. Add the onions and locust beans, after some seconds pour your pepper in it and stir. Add little salt, crayfish,dryfish. Then keep stiring your stew continuously till it gets dry and black and do not get it burnt. Wow! Your ewa agoyin sauce is ready.
