Cooking Instructions

Peel plantain and dice it and put it to fry until brown and chop onions scotch bonnet and green pepper and keep aside

Wash gizzard and bring to boil until soft and chewy

Drain both gizzard and plantain separately
- 4
In a walk pan put 2tsb of oil the add your spices then your gizzard shallow fry it then add your plantain
- 5
Then. Add your scotch bonnet and green pepper and onions allow to simmer 5mins and that’s it food is ready 🤗
