Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 3large eggs
  • 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tspo vanilla extract
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspall spice
  • 1/4 tspground cloves
  • 2 cupsgrated carrots
  • 3/4 cupswalnuts (toasted or raisins)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar, oil and eggs, add all dry ingredients slowly until combined. Add flower to the carrots and raisins and mix it. Bake it 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
