10big red chilies
5bird eye chilies
1/2red onion
1brown onion
6 clovesgarlic
5 tbspsweet soy sauce
1 tspsalt
1 tbspvegetable oil

Chop up onions, garlic, chilies, and mushrooms.

Preheat saute pan with vegetable oil, put chopped onions and garlic in, stir them until half cooked.

Add the chilies, stir them for 1-2 mins.

Put the chopped mushrooms in and stir them well.

Add salt and sweet soy sauce, mix them well.

Wait until the mushrooms cooked really well.

Ready to serve with hot rice in a cold weather.
