Beat all the ingredients except caramel syrup in a hand mixer.

Pour the coffee custard in a greased pudding mould. Close it with a lid or an aluminium foil.
- 3
Steam it in the double boiling system 20min.remove from heat. Refrigerate it 15 min. Unmould it and decorate it with broken nuts and caramel syrup
