Cut capsicum, tomato n onion in square pieces. Chop 1 more onion n tomato finely. Cut green chilli in slanting pieces. Cut paneer in small cubes. Sprinkle Red chilli powder, turmeric, Coriander powder, salt n pepper. Add corn flour too n adding some water coat the paneer pieces well.

Now deep fry them. Stir fry the vegetables cut in square pieces adding some butter, salt n pepper.

Heat some oil n butter. Add kalonji n garlic. Add finely chopped onion. When they get translucent, add finely chopped tomatoes.

Mix tomatoes well with onion n garlic. Cook until the tomatoes get soft.

Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder n mix well. Cook until the oil floats on top.

Add the stir fried veges. Add some water to adjust consistency of the gravy.

Add the fried paneer pieces. Add Coriander leaves n finish off. Serve hot.
