Heat a pan, dry roast the whole spices like cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorn for 1 minute in low flame.

Let it cool down, grind it and keep it aside.

Now heat ghee in a pan.

Add Cashewnut and fry it till become light golden.

Take a bowl, add fried cashewnuts and roasted masala powder.

Add salt, black salt, chat masala, mango powder, red chili powder and mixed it.

Serve with cup of tea or coffee.
