Ingredients

20 minutes
4 people
  • 500 gmsLady finger
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspDry mango powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 4 tbspOil
  • For masala :
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 1 tspSaunf(fennel)
  • 1/2 tspMustard seed
  • 1/2 tspOnions seed (kalongi)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash bhindi and wipe dry. Cut the tip head of each bhindi. Now cut the lady fingers lengthwise into two halfs.

  2. 2

    In a pan put the cut lady finger and 2 tbsp oil on it and mix well. For 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    In separate pan put 2 tbsp oil and the ingredients for masala. Cook well.

  4. 4

    Add the prepared masala and the remaining ingredients to the lady fingers. Mix well..

  5. 5

    Cook for 3-4 minutes..
    Ready to serve 😋 Bhindi masala
