Take 1 cup sago/sabudana put in a container add half cup water, boil it for 5 to 7 min till dry then take 1 cup peanut dry roast it, then put into the jar, grind them and make peanut crush.

Now take a container add boiled sabudana add 1 cup curd, salt to taste then add crushed peanuts 1 cup lastly add 4-5 boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, green fresh coriander, green chillies, lemon juice, cumin seeds 1 spoon, then mix well and keep aside.

Then take a Appam Maker put 1 Spoon oil or ghee in each holes heat it for 1 min, then put the paste over it then cover the lid and cook for 5 min on one side then change the side, cook on medium flame on every side.

After roasting every side or cooking appam serve it hot. Delicious Sabudana Appe with any Chutney or Sauce or Evening, Morning Tea.
