In oven in a microwave safe bowl add ghee set the timer for 2 mins to melt the ghee after then add sugar and khoya set the timer for 3 mins after every minute stir it with a spoon take it out keep it aside let it cool

In a bowl make a smooth dough from maida using 1 spoon oil and required water make 2 small balls from the dough give it round shape with the help of rolling pin set the stuffing in the centre of the round shape with a spoon use the second round shape over it and stick the corner with water and fold it like gujhia

In a bowl on medium flame on gas pour oil and fry the chandrakala in the heated oil from both side it turns in golden take it out
