Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 100 gmilk powder
  • 100 gsugar
  • 100 gsemolina/ rava/suji
  • 100 gpure ghee
  • 200 gmawa or khoya
  • 200 mlmilk
  • 15-20almonds grated
  • 15-20keshew nuts grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep the ingredients ready like milk, mava, ghee, milk powder, suji/rava/semolina n sugar. Take almonds n keshew nuts n grate them.

    Now take 2 tsp ghee n roast the dry fruits until they become fragrant.

    Now take rest of the ghee n add rava or semolina to the ghee n start roasting on low to medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Then it will get light golden colour.

    Now add sugar n milk powder to it n start mixing n cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. When it's roasted very well, add milk n mava n start mixing well.

    Add some of the dry fruits from the roasted dry fruits n cook the mixture well until it leaves the sides n separate ghee from mixture. Take out the mixture on plate already greeced with ghee. Add the remaining dry fruits n press them. Let it cool down for 1 hour.

    Cut the mixture into rectangular pieces and enjoy this sweet with your loved ones.
