Coconut Burfi

In a big Pan/Kadai put grated Coconut, saute for few minutes,add Malai + Milk, stir till it's fully done and coconut becomes, keep aside for cooling

Thn blend the coconut mixture and put it in the same Pan, put 2 tsp Ghee, again with spatula stir it,add Sugar, Elachi powder,go on stirring, lastly put Keser strands for flavour and for sweet texture.

Now nic aroma comes and make soft dough, immediately put it the plate by greasing little Oil/Ghee and spread the Coconut Burfi,cut to square shape and keep it in fridge for 2 hours

Lastly granish with grated almonds(optional) over and taste sweet
