Ingredients

10 minute
12 to 14 pi.
  • 1.5 cupsemolina(suji)
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspghee
  • 2 tbspfresh cream(malai)
  • as requiredChopped dry fruits optional

Steps

10 minute
  1. 1

    Roast all the dry fruits nicely in ghee.Now in 3 tbsp ghee toast the semolina till nice aroma. Do not let it turn golden.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and mix it well in meduim flame.Now add fresh malai and cook until it leaves pan.Mix all dry fruits and cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Cool down well then start binding the meduim size laddoos.These laddoos are healthy and tasty too.
