Very famous sweet of Bengal. Easy to prepare with few ingredients

Boil the milk and add lemon juice. Curdle the milk and strain it. Wash the cottage cheese and hang it for 30 minutes to drain out the extra water.

Take out the cheese in wooden platform and smash by hand. Make it by two portions. Take one portion in a pan,add sugar and condensed milk. Mix it properly and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add cardamom powder and other essence. Mix cooked cheese with uncooked cheese. Make it smooth.

Take little amount of cheese at a time and give it a ball shape. Coat the chhena (cheese) ball with grated khoya.

Cut the cherries and garnish the ball.

Keep in the fridge for later use or immediate can serve.
