Achar gosht
My husband likes it very much.we eat it with plain rice.
Steps

Roast kalonji,saunf,mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds in the pan and roast till aroma comes.put the ingredients in the grinder and grind it.Slit 7-8 and deseed them.

Take out juice from the lemon and take 3 tbsp grinded powder in the bowl and mix it with lemon.put the masala in the green chillies and place aside.

Heat oil,add onion till golden brown.Add tomatoes cubes till soften.Add meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add yoghurt, remaining masala,ginger and garlic paste and 2 cups of water and cook until meat becomes tender and desired gravy is obtained.Place green chillies on top.
