Ingredients

one hr
six
  • Halfkg beef mince
  • 2 tspmeat tenderiser
  • 1 cupChopped onion
  • 1 cupChopped tomato
  • Halfcup green coriander
  • 6green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspcrushed chillies
  • 1 tspmix garam masala powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2eggs raw
  • 2eggs omelet
  • Halfcup makaee ka ata
  • 2 tbsghee
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Wash mince and drain water completely

  2. 2

    In a chopper add mince with all spices, raw eggs, ata and chop well

  3. 3

    After removing from chopper add coriander onions tomatoes and mix well

  4. 4

    Keep the mixture in fridge for one hour

  5. 5

    Now make kebabs slightly big from normal

  6. 6

    Shallow fry on medium heat

  7. 7

    Serve with mint raita
