  • 2tomato large
  • Halfcup cooking oil
  • 4 tbspdahi
  • 2 tbspqasoori methi
  • 1 tspsalt or add to taste
  • 1 tbspkuti laal mirch
  • 1 tbspcrushed coriander
  • Halftsp se b km haldi
  • Halftsp se b km pisa gram masala
  • 1 tbspjulian cut ginger
  • Sabz dhaniya for garnishing
  • Ojhri ko dhony ke liey;
  • 3 tbspNamak

    Sb se pehly ojhri ko dhona hy. Isko ap bary pieces mn divide kar lein. Aik degchi mn pani gram karein or 2 tbsp salt dalen. Ab is pani mn ojhri ko 2 minut ke liey bhigoen. Or draant ki madad se isy saf karein. Sara green part utaar dein.

    Phir isy namk or atta lagake 5 minut ke liey rakh dein. Or haathon se achi trah massal ke fresh water se dhoen. Or small pieces mn cut karein. Yh aisi hojaey gi

    Ab pressure cooker mn 2 glass water dalen or ojhri dalen. 5 minut ke ptessure ke baad iska yh pani discard kar dein

    Dubara is mn 2 glass water dalen. Sary masaly dalen lehsan piyaz or tomato dalen. Ab isy almost 15-17 minut ka pressure lgaen

    After prssure jab cooker normal hohaey to opn karein. Check karein gal gai. oil dalen dahi dalen or dahi ka pani khushk hony tak bhunen

    Jab oil niklny lgy to is mn methi or sabz mirch add karein. Sath adrak b add kar dein. Axhy se bhunen. Half glass water add karein or 2 minut take pkaen

  7. 7

    Sabz dhaniya dal ke garnish karein. Pisa gram masala dal ke mix karein.

    Serving bowl mn nikalen or gram roti ke sath swrve karein. Mazedar khushbudaar ojhri ka salan ready hy. Jazak-Allah😊
