Add salt, Ginger Garlic Paste and Papaya paste to the mince and mix well.

Leave the mince for half hour.

Mix all other spices and grind to a fine powder. Add fried onions to powder and grind well.

Add the powdered spices to mince and mix well. Your kabab mixture is ready.

Refrigerate kabab mixture for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan and put few drops of oil.

Make appropriate size kababs by hand and place the in heated pan.

Cook them for five minutes each side and take special care as kabab are very fragile.

Garnish the kababs and serve with sauce of your choice.
